  • Q. Are you a hotel?
  • A. No, our properties are fully furnished rental apartments that S P Suites either owns or leases from property management companies.

  • Q. Do you have a minimum age requirement for stays at your units?
  • A. Yes. You must be 21 or older to book a unit with S P Suites. Persons under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Q. What are the check in procedures?
  • A. Please ask your booking agent at the time of your booking. Check in procedures vary according to location.

  • Q. What are the advantages of staying with S P Suites rather than a hotel?
  • A. There are cost advantages with staying in corporate apartments. On average our rates are 30 % to 50% less than deluxe hotels. Apartments provide you with more space and privacy than hotel rooms. Our kitchens provide you with an alternative to high priced room service meals and an "at Home" atmosphere for cooking or entertaining.

  • Q. Is there a tax on furnished apartments?
  • A. No, all taxes and fees are included, except a 8% booking processing fee .

  • Q. What is included in the apartment rent?
  • A. All utilities, high speed internet, basic TV cable, cleaning before and after stay, and free access to building amenities.

  • Q. What are your check in / check out times?
  • A. Check in time is 4:30 pm.
    Check out time is 10:00 am.
    At check out please remember to leave all keys in the unit on the kitchen counter. You may be charged for the cost of replacing the lock if you fail to leave the keys in the unit at check out time.

  • Q. How are the apartments equipped?
  • A. The kitchens are fully equipped with pots, pans, table ware and coffee maker. Bedrooms and baths are supplied with linens, towels and hair dryer. There is a television in every unit. An iron and ironing board may be found in a closet. Cleaning supplies are provided.

  • Q. Do you have interenet access in the units?
  • A. Yes, most units have high speed internet available. The only location with no internet is 182 W Lake.

  • Q. Is there an extra fee for internet use?
  • A. No, there is no extra fee for using the internet.

  • Q. Do you have a connected phone in the unit?
  • A. Some of our units have phones connected to the front desk only. There is no outside line available for these phones.
