- Our rates include all fees except an 8% processing fee and cleaning fee. Full payment is due upon reserving the apartment. If you use a credit card your card will be charged when you reserve the apartment.

Rates are based on up to 2 people occupancy with no additional sleeping arrangements. The rates are subject to change based on availability. Please call our office for details.
$100.00 per apartment EXTRA CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF: the kitchen is not clean, dishes are not clean and put back and if garbage is left in the apartments, or for smoking in the unit.
- In the event you should decide to cancel the reservation, a 10% cancellation fee will be withheld from the total of the booking if you cancel 48 hours after booking. *
If the cancellation is made after a period of time longer than 48 hours after booking there will be no refund. You will be charged a 10% cancellation fee and the remaining balance can be used for up to one year after the date of the booking.**
No refund, and no credit will be given for no shows, or cancellations made 48 hours before the check in time, or anytime thereafter.
*Exception last minute bookings, made 48 hours, or less before check in, in which case there will be no refund, and no credit given.

By providing the credit card information for the booking, and/or booking a unit with us, you automatically agree to our policies.
- In the unfortunate event that there is damage done to the unit or the furnishings inside, or if the keys are not returned, the cost will be charged on the credit card used for the booking and a 8% processing fee will be added.
- We have a 5 nights minimum stay requirement for all of our corporate suites.

We find that 98% of our customers are able to connect to the internet by simply plugging into the ethernet outlet, or the internet modem; however, we encountered very rare instances in which a customer was unable to access the internet due to technical incompatibilities, or other unexplained reasons.
Please be advised that internet and cable services are provided by a third party. On occasion, the service may malfunction trough no fault of Stan Properties. While this is a rare occurrence, we advise you to please keep in mind that in the event this should happen you may need to make other arrangements for accessing these services (most of our locations offer business centers accessible to our guests). Stan Properties is not responsible for problems associated with internet and cable services.
Please be advised that rates are based on double occupancy and they are subject to change based on availability.
Please be advised that there can be situations when you are moved from the unit/building you initially booked. In that case, if you check in, you accept the move and there will be no refund based on that particular move.
